Public Relations and Marketing Intern 

The position is part time or full time, depending on the intern’s availability, with some flexibility as to time of day and days of the week to be worked. A schedule will be determined based on the intern’s needs and the position’s requirements.

Summary of Position

• Assisting in the writing, editing and distributing of press releases, article pitches, testimonials presentations and BioDerm’s monthly newsletter

• Online marketing research for points of contact within various medical organizations, editorial calendars and PR opportunities (using CisionPoint

• Data entry into BioDerm’s contact management database

• Scheduling calls for PR coordinator

• Administrative tasks pertaining to the PR and Marketing Department

ü  Good verbal and written communication skills

ü Experience with Photoshop and knowledge of HTML preferred
